All quoted prices are based on documents submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc) If documents are submitted in another document format an adjustment to the rate sheet will be provided and agreed to by both parties before work begins.

NOTE: work in fields other than law is accepted with adjustments to the pricing structure as follows: Non-legal business: 10% disc.(this includes general business documents; academic materials; works of fiction /non-fiction, etc., as identified by both parties before the work begins.) Regarding quotes in "1,000(or more) words ": an average typed page is 300 words. For determining whether to engage the work on an hourly or "per word" basis, use this as a guide. The pricing method will be agreed to before the work begins.
